I researched all the Cooking Schools in California online and felt overwhelmed. I love to cook and wanted to understand the science and skills of cooking to help me find a better job. Luckily, a friend of mine who had taken some recreational cooking classes referred me to the New School of Cooking in Culver City. Once enrolled, I got excellent hands-on training and couldn’t get enough of it! The New School of Cooking is super fun, and my confidence is through the roof now. It was so worth the drive from the Valley!
I attended one of the West Los Angeles cooking school in California and couldn’t stand it. The facility was poorly equipped and the instructor didn’t seem to know what he was talking about; I wanted to leave but was stuck, since I had paid a lot of money. I researched other cooking schools in California and came across The New School of Cooking here in Culver City. It was the perfect fit! The New School of Cooking offers a variety of schedules to suit just about any need. I highly recommend this school. Two thumbs up, way up in the air!
